Polar doesnt Read or Unlock any phone

i get polar box have some problem coz no read any phones and only red light is on RX and Tx doesnt blink when put read or unlock please help me to solve this proble

Hi

Please test this in you windows

Start Button->Control Panel->System->Adm.Disp.->Polar Box

Check if you have 2 icons:

- PolarBox Ftdi
- Polar Box Micro

If not have please reinstall drivers

Use only cable USB from port PC to Polar2 only ( do not use a hub btw PC to polar2 please ) :)

hi i test and bouth icvons are in system but is not stable conection beteween box and pc some times light red go OFF and still with out reading any phone please help to solve me i think some hardawe is not good soldering

unplug your box

uninstall polar driver

reboot

install polar driver

plug your box

and try :)

Hi friend,

The problem that u have is the FTDI, exactly the FT232BM ic.
You can send us box or u can change (is very simple)
If u change, will save shipping (but lose warranty, as u wish), otherwise is very easy ...

You must take any FTDI based cable, box or circuit, dissasemble and change for polarbox ft232bm and problem will be solved.

hi i changed FTDI based chip i used one from a tornado box i think it works good now im waiting for phone for test

I have a PolarBox what not Blink the TX Led. More Samsung phones not enter in Tat mode or not unlock and Alcatel C630 too, and more phones... With the same cable, same phone conect to Standar Universal Box (no UB Box with proteccion) and get a free program and Enter in TAT mode without problems :confused:

But anothers phones unlock it with polar without problems :eek: :confused:

It's the FTDI IC Broken too ? It's an other cause? Who I repair it?
