you need winrar to uncompress .rar files. it is available at www.rarlabs.com or you can google it. after uncompressing, you will get files to install

yes its not a symbain phone but we can install games and other applications with jar and jad files. can we install call recorder like this in this handset.

i written that this is call recorder for s60 3rd edition..your phone is 3230 it will not work in your phone because this is 2nd edition phone......it will work in n73..76,95 etc...
