when I want to upload, the size of the picture edited in paint is too big, if I reduce the size under 100kb (as required in gsmhosting), the picture is not ligible enough, so...?

Service cable is dual cable (RJ45 + USB Cable or COM + USB Cable). Both cables should be connected to the computer.
