E252a Movistar

I just bought OTUF Black box, and I want to try to unlock Alcatel E252a from Movistar,

1. I select Exxx
2. Read codes
3. Power phone On
4. Phone detected
5. Wrong answer from phone. aborted...


What can I do????? Please help me

I did change the battery full charged, and still problem.

I tested with another phone E157 and could read the codes. but when I insereted the sim it ask for NCK Codes, and enter the codes but can't unlock the phone :(

use direct unlock if not supported read full flash and send it o support u can help team too still the best and solve ur problem ;)
