Mini SD corrupted in n73 Help

Today I just deleted the access points in connection after this i just power off and on the N73 my 1gb mini sd corrupted. the mobile is just showing the used and free space in memory option but not showing any file in "file manager". I have very important data. Need urgent help.

Read MMC on other phone if cant read no othr choice but to FORMAT.
