problem with t809 unlocking

everytime i try to unlock the phone th soft recognize when i press power on key but the phone gets charging instead of entering tat mode

tested with two r45 cables and one rj45+ps2 but same thing phone doesnt enter in tat mode

make direct unlock in soft polar after put cable in t809 and press power on

already done that but phone charging instead of tat and cable works cause i unlocked some d800 earlier
