You have another chance using v1 with flash mode method.
For this phone models (z540 simlock problem) is better use flash method instead of normal with phone on.

Ok i flashed phone with Z540XXEF1 and the result is the same cant read codes so please explain this "v1 with flash mode method" as its not in the manual and i cant find a samsung v1 in support. Thanks

i have this version phone in hand Z540V , i try to flash to Z548 chinese and Z540 normal flash , but server same , Can't read the phone , please master advice some solution to fix phone , ( Z400 and ZV40 i unlocked is no no no problem ),

to unlock z540 use the code *#7465625228# with out sim card.
You have another chance using v1 with flash mode method.
For this phone models (z540 simlock problem) is better use flash method instead of normal with phone on.

Where i can get version 1.03 from the samsung module.. i also have some problems with z540..
i found it exists on the net but i cannot download, or find in support area

You should to use V2.00 of samsung module.
Phone On with a sim card of diferent operador (and put the pit if ask your phone for him).
Click on read codes, and if donīt receive the codes is problem about the flash of the phone. You should to reflash the phone.

You should to reflash the phone too if donīt receive codes (problem is that are bad the data of sim lock area in phone).

This method is exactly what is being sold on Ebay for Ģ1.00+
If you have a Vodafone Samsung Z540 (Z540v), you can bypass the Network lock.
First of all remove your sim card from the phone.
Switch on the phone.
Key in: *7465625*228#
Switch off the phone.
Insert the sim card of your choice and switch your phone on again.
Your phone should now be accepting your sim card.
