Hi!
I have 2 C551x with the same problem. I have tried to unlock with the resultes shown in the attachment. The problem is that i cano't write back the backup in the phone which doesn't start correctly (only startup logo). I have tried every posible operationes (fast/slow connect with/withoute adapter 74HTC04) with the same results. The phones are new.
PS: So far i succesfully unlocked the same models C55x, C65x, ELLE but can't unlock this too.
Could you please post the network phones are from?

Hungary
C552x are alcatel or philips based phones?Maybe that's the problem...

We solve flash write problem that appears on some hardware platform.
Update will be released tomorrow.

Hi.
I would like to thank you for your update and to tell you that regarding the two phones I had told you about I unlocked one with normal cable and OTUF20.4 but the other one comunicates only with adaptor cable but doesn't unlock succesfully. I attach print screen and I use fully charged battery.

I am sorry that you still experiencing same problem.
From OTUF V20.4 Fast Connectinon also work with Elle and Cxxx.
On picture you posted I see that you used slow connection.
Please tell me did you tried same phone with Connect Fast ?
