please help me which soft can unlock BE4 v138 04 my phone flash is Micron, i unlock my phone using soft ALLBE4 2001.08.21.
but no result. always call end.

Do you have backup ? If not i think you fuc.ked up your phone.
If yes, try other soft - Emsi, or Alcomm lite.

Hi , do you try to downgrade to some old version, I use flash file for flash chip that hawe in phone, only copy addr: 3a00-5200 from original flash to new flash file. For me worck 100% buy change IMEI.
