You can use IRDA Connection or cable. Only have to connect normal for unlock it.

I think you just have to use an infrared installed on your pc (as usb bluetooth) and see in device manager witch com it takes, that's it, no need pinout
and try and post result

1st u cant unlock TSM7 with cable only by irda , use the irda to install your TSM7 like modem without driver , driver must from Windows Xp , and chose on the soft the com number of the installed modem

I still can't get it working - on COM port IRDA ( used with success for TSM30 and 100 and redbox ) nothing - can't communuicate, using USB MA-620 and IRCOM application comunication exist ( some sandclock on TSM-7 screen ) but Windows can't recognise TSM-7 device ( drivers missing ) and Grundig 2G give :

Connecting to phone...
ERROR - Bad answer #11

I have resolved mu conection problem with TSM7 - just install some old version of IRCOM and point IRCOM virtual port to figure lower that 8 - all work just fine.

If you´re xpermimenting some connections problems via IRDA, may be a problem caused for many things like your PC Port, like config, like not well installed IRDA, many many things can be, so if you follow GSMBrothers advice to use USB cable you will fix all the problems and all will run ok.

I using my laptop, am able to unlock few tsm7 but some give Error #11 and Error #12, what are these errors, the communication stops after few seconds even the Irda is active in phones. any help or if possible by cable pinouts for cable please.

tsm7 for me works 100% with this virtual irda-com driver

Problem is not relevance of your question, problem is that if you can abstract a little bit your question, answer is really inside it

If you succesfully did some and others got error,then problem is not from laptop even from box nor software, problem is in the thing changed between the succesfully ones and the error ones, what´s that? -> the phone or the port config, so if you delete all ports in your laptop created as virtual IRDA COM PORT and still having same error (first try this) no other way than the problem is in the Phone for sure, so what kind of help could we give you when your non working phone is far away from us? even if the phone´re with us I guess nothing to do, coz may be a technical problem/error.

I wish you are now satisfied with this unnecessary answer.
