small pb in installing the soft

sorry, but I'm facing this small problem with lisence

I install all things and generate licenses in proper folder (c:\program files\easy unlocker box) but when i launch a software, samsung for instance, i get message error : "You need a license file to activate your dongle for this product"

But the licenses are already in installation folder where is also Easy Unlocker - Remote Update Client (v1.0).exe and all others softs

what to do please ?

it's ok, I can open the soft directly from c:\program files\easy unlocker box, but I can't do it from Start menu....I mean with shorcuts

I don't know if this can help (i don't have this problem)
Open soft for shorcuts (Star menu)
click first option on soft window and choose open
choose license file
now all will be ok

PD: If soft window open and close, try to delete short cuts and create new, i think this works
