Hi!
I want to use the option to "Update EROM" because i have a W810 with a EROM damaged, but, like i was think, the program can't recognize the phone, because the phone don't power up.
I use a Cruiser cable.
Can you help me to do this???

i have cruiser and i have 02 (w810 cid49 ) and 01 (z530 cid49) with same ur prob (damaged eeprom) and not yet of solution for now ....

We do not support phones other that DB2020.
If U have completly damaged W810 EROM then U have problems.
As far I know no one can repair erased EROM in W810(even SE services).
As soon as SE programmers will not fix loaders then repair EROM in W810 will not be possible.

i've got the same problem with CID51 on my K800i, the phone wont start, do u think SETool would fix that? thanx

if RED diode don't blink then just flash it with CID51 files and check..
