Hi,
I have a K790i. When I try to update the EROM, I got the following msg :
Phone Connected...
Detected: DB2020: K610,K790,K800,W850,V630,W710i(c),Z710i(c),Z610 Series
Flash ID: 0x2019 - Supported
Error: EROM CT FL Not Accepted!
The EROM of the phone is brown and CID 49.
Any clue about this issue?

It's quite weird : here are the device info

Error: Unsupported CID (36) Version!
Is it possible to have CID 36 for the K790i???

I get some further details :
- OTP = 36
- EROM = 49
Can I upgrade OTP to 40? If so should and how do I do that?

This error mean that Certificate for EROM was not accepted.
EROM can't be updated in this case, because certificate for EROM loader is signed ONLY for CID49 phones.
It's hard to say now if it's possible, If U can send to us that phone we can check it, but for 99% SE not released BROWN loaders and anything for CID lower that 49.
As Luzer told, it's prototype phone. All operations with DB2020 are limited by signed loaders, if they not allow to flash,update etc. then no one can help. :(
