unlock v3v motorola

happy new year to everybody!

Help help please!!!

I tried to unlock motorola v3v boot version 3.0 firmware R4515-G-08.BD,62R.
with v3r testpoint method ,unlockly the fon died, i tried also to flash the fon with v3r flash file mention aboved, the flash was completed success, but still the fon is dead.
please help! what to do next.:mad:
