Unlock Motorola C261

Hi, thats my first time unlocking any ohone using Infinity Box.

I like to know why I cant unlock Motorola C261,
I has readed in support page the manual but cant unlock...

I like to know if I need to connect the cable (AT106 G50(B)?? - IS THAT?), to the phone (wich or without battery), in com or usb (in the infinity box) using m-bus or f-bus???
