Hi

Take note of "Prepare" operation first ! message in your log file. You need to do 'prepare phone' first then try to unlock.

prepare has been done ok, if you look at log it states "already prepared" so its new version, need to update.

Download latest Moto02 v1.31 from support area, it was made some improvements for American W220.
