Desstrojed 302 be4 v.136

I was kill my Alcatel 302 Be4 v.136.
I try to give him new flash but he don`t power up. Then i try another flash. Phone is power up, but only 5 second, then he power down and also power up.
Help me! What I have to do?

Upload there backup flash.
If you haven't backup so you have
problem.
