cl75 popy problem

I have cl75 popy phone .

it forgat to the menu. when open the phone no sound no icons no menu.
display is ok. charge icon, clock visible. camera is working also. when push the numbers visible too and calling which is dialed number.
I tried to update with firmware tool, succesfull updated but problem still there.
Is there anybody any idea?
how to do factory reset for this phone without menu?
