x640 water damaged nothing on display but working

x640 water damaged not much but just on spot around flat cable conector and it results of nothing on display. i tried to change flat cable same thing, i changed whole display and still the same problem. problem is on board. what to change any solutin please.
one more thing phone is working , i can use it normaly but nothing on display.
