I have a D600E on UK Orange it is only about 3 months old was a replacement for a stolen phone so it is no longer under warranty. The phone has never been dismantled.
The Phone has never been dropped. The phone has never been wet and was working perfectly. The only keys that work now are the on/off, camera key on the right side and the star(*) key but when you press it it displays a star(*) for a few seconds then the * changes to the letter P. The phone will enter into TAT mode and will except a firmware upgrade (I have done this) but still no response from the keyboard.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing the problem?
