i have a samsung d600 and if i put it on charge it charges for about 10 seconds and stops then say USB CHARGING NOT AVAILABLE.I replaced the charging block and there is no traces of any liquid damage.Any help of how to fix this problem please.

yes i have exact same problem
i have change charger, charge connector, battery
and rehot small black ic near charger connector( don't have a good one)
and still the same
phone work fine, except this:
when charger connected, show battery charging for about 10 sec
then: usb charging not available
please help, anybody have solution ???
