a question to easyunlocker team

as i only have rj45 cables for phillips and alcatel is it possible to use a unibox (vygis red type with card holder inside) instead of your card holder, that way i can use all my rj45 cables and your protection card in one easy step?

Better to use Universal box pure, not "experiments".

so are you saying a definate no it wont work, or is it more a case of you would rather i didnt open my dongle up?

IŽm saying that IŽve not tried only this man, try by your own if you want and post results for someone can be usefull your tests.

as i dont want to invalidate my warranty without knowing 100% from you it will work then i guess i will have to leave in its original holder for now, we will have to wait for you to try it with one of your cards before its fitted into the dongle, please consider trying this sometime cheers

just try it ll work all smart card can work with dongle smart card reader as u know vygis . infinity. cruiser .furious gold ......etc all use smart card protection

i think so too but as all the others were in open holders there was no risk, the easyunlocker holder is sealed so once i open it the warranty will be void. thats why i asked here first, i think i will wait for either confirmation from aerom that it will work or that he will honour the warranty if i try it and it doesnt.
i have a new box waiting to try with so if he says ok i will test right away.

Oh !! *** youŽre meaning to open USB plastic case? nooo never do it, coz youŽll not find any Smart card inside donge... so DonŽt do i...


Just use universalbox or any other similar device as an interface to plug cables on...

yes thats what i meant, i thought it would be the same as infinity, vygis, cruiser etc where the usb holder was just a "host" for the smart card protection, good job i didnt open it up now then, LOL
