D500 Help!!! pls

Hi, ive never had any luck with help on these types of forums, but would really appreciate if someone could just give me a couple of moments for any ideas or suggestions they may have.......

i got a broken D500 samsung. all i want to do is be able to get any info i once had that phone eg messages, pictures ANYTHING that i can get a hold of thats still on the phone.

the slide is now broken off so is there ANYTHING i can do to recover it?

I have a data cable for it, but cant power on the unit without the slide.
is there an emergency power on somewhere so i can use my usb/?

any ideas would be so much appreciated!!!!

Are you saying that only your housing is broken, or is it that the whole handphone is smashed? If the centre piece is still ok, then i think you can still be able to retrieve everything you need inside. All you need to do is to dismantle everything. I assume that your cable is broken too, so what you also need to do is to get a new cable and put everything back in order and try to power on it. Of cause, you also need to make sure that your LCD is still visible.
