where are my credits???

Please Help.

Two days ago now i payed for more credits so i could continue using my kulankendi.
To date i have not received these and i am desperate to use this tool, i have e-mailed the info address twice but no one has replied,
How long should i be waiting for my account to update??. This is causing me massive problems as i need a fast reliable tool to be using every day which it is but its not much use if i cant top it up quickly.
