i have generated the codes for unlock and defreeze but when i input the unfreeze code there is no ok button to press which one is it have tried right hand top and end call no good if i try left hand top or call it does a sos call any help please

Only need to push GREEN BUTTON, if does not work is a flash corrupted problem and youŽd need to flash your phone first to correct flash wrong data.

flashed phone but still the same had to use fastmultiloader to flash as nspro reported a fault in modem file and could not continue. have returned phone to customer for now

Then is a flash problem of the phone as we suggested, I wish you best luck in your next Zv40 for you to see how fast is Unlock with EUb.

i have no problem with this equipment i have unlocked several z series up to now and no problem i recommend it.
for unfreeze the phone you have to put simcard inside, enter unfreeze code (not appair at display) and press "OK" butom it should be the cross center butom, or up left right one.
