D500 dead

hi to all peaople

i need help i have one samsung d500 dead i thinks that probles is of flash.
i connet the phone in my power supply and when i press power key of movil

i see the consumer is 150 miliampere and that means that I telephone this alive one when I connect it to software to dowloder with the good flash, the telephone does not connect.

somebody knows like doing some test-point to him or not some solution for this?
