Multi-Box Team always deleting post from users with problems

HI,


I post on Multi-Box section about a genuine problem as support chat is never online and e-mails bounce back because of "Connection denied after dictionary attack" later i check back but cannot find the post, hence post again. Three times i post and three times they delete it for no reason, if there was a reason why not say.

So no reply and no explaination, to me thats an insult.

Yep, I agree with you mate!

Always quick to reply to customers who say good things, but always hide and ignore the customers who need real support!!

Maybe they will read this and act, because I have had many customer say to me they never get feedback or support when they ask and to me that is no way to support a product!

Now given up with box -cannot spent all day trying to register-got better things to do

I can see why developers would not want guys saying bad comments about a product from idiots that dont even own it but it seems these are genuine bug reports from real customers so it is not good to delete posts from you guys i agree..
