3210 can't be flashed?? first time ever...

I've got a 3210 that don't want to be flashed and I don't know what happened with them.
For the first time I got a phone that just can't be flashed.
I tried:
-DCT3 Rolis Flasher (Stops and says: Erase Flash Check...)
-Nokia Flash Tool by GsmBrothers (same)
-Darkflasher (Can't flash bla bla...)
and... Dejan Box 1.05 (nothing, just stops in half of MCU flashing and don't even flashes PPM)

Each always get similar errors. Stop flashing in half of MCU. The thing is that I got 2 or 3 like this and I don't know what else to do...

Does anyone have other ideas? Is it hardware problem?

I programmed the 24lc128 with a virgin eeprom, and still got the same problem.

hi Mike, I had 2 like this and the fault lied in the ccont.

The only way i think of repairing faults like these is to re-heat using a hotair workstation.
