Hi. I have a strange problem.

I had 2 credits on KKServer.

I had a Z710 handset and here;'s the problem. I've downloaded the flashfiles through KK. I've selected them, "Finalisation" and "EROM CID Update", reset flip counter + reset call time. I've pressed "Flash Phone" and...

Well you choose finalisation (that 1 credit) and update EROM CID (that another credit). So your 2 credit taken.

Your EROM CID is upgraded (1 credit) but your firmware seems still the same.

You'd better wait for Bro Kulan to solve it. Seems like 'finalisation without firmware upgrade' case like mine. But new 1.40 client supposed to warn you about this? Did you see writing FS and writing Main in the first try? Both processes take few minutes so you can't miss it. Bro Kulan maybe the reset call time and reset flip counter has bug that make the firmware is not written to the phone? I also choose these two option when I got 'finalisation without firmware upgrade' earlier.

Actually if you follow Bro Kulan instruction you should be able to update to firmware CID51 with only 1 credit (by only choosing Finalisation).

Oka I didn't explain it so clear.I wroted:

"- EROM CID Update and flashing with finalization now take only one credit(when done together)!"

What mean Flashing with Finalization. So load first files to flash and select finalization, load CID51 files even if U have CID49 in phone(KKClient will update CID first). KKClient will detect if is older EROM CID, if it's old then window will pop up with question if U want to update it, if U will select YES then KKClient will update it and TAKE 1 credit, without touch/disconnect phone KKClient will self reboot phone after EROM CID Update and start to main phone flashing and finalization and at this stage server WILL NOT take second credit. If anyhow phone don't do self reboot and flashing procedure didn't start then server "remember" that U had taken 1 credit from first operation and now if U will repeat only flashing with Finalization then server will not take credit also. It's summary only 1 credit taken, but this works ONLY if user want to flash phone with Finalization option selected.
I'll make new Sticky about EROM CID Update.
Please if U are not sure about some options etc. ask before.

OK, I want to clarify this in case I need to use it in the future. First just load the CID51 firmware then choose Finalize checkmark (only) right? NO need to choose Update EROM CID option checkmark. After click on Flash then the client will show a window saying do we want to update EROM CID and we should say Yes and it will then reboot and after that the client will flash firmware and do finalisation withouth taking further credit?

I think emwugsm mistake is that he choose BOTH Finalisation and updae EROM CID checkmark so the client took 2 credit right?

BTW, how about his firmware that seems not updated eventhough the client take 2 credit? To:emwugsm what firmware version that you want to upload anyway?

U mistake manual EROM CID Update with Auto EROM CID Update what I explain in Sticky about news in 1.40 version.

2 credits was taken coz emwugsm really didn't flash the phone(see All operation time(41 seconds). He select Finalization and EROM CID Update(manual option), so client do 2 things:

1. It update EROM CID to 51
2. It do Finalization process(what is useless if phone not need it).
overall it take 1 credit

second operation was same but without clear flip etc(time 26 seconds).

I'll write new explanations about AUTO EROM CID Update and make it as sticky,also today will be new update what will fix problem with flip coutners etc(new loaders), also Update EROM CID manual option will be disabled coz it make confused some users.

Yes, he wanted to flash but he probably don't check checkmarks or even don't load flash files to client.
