I have E398 with charging problem.When i reconnect to charger nothing happen.Help.....:confused:

I own a moto E398 with charging problem. The problem until now still has not yet solved. Alternatively, i bought a desktop charger but won't solve the problem, because the battery won't charged using the desktop charger. I've already sent the phone to repair shop, but the technician said he would take some time to detect the problem. Can somebody give me a hand on this..?
