Qestion about Tems Investigation

I want to use Tems Investigation to evaluate network:
1- What exactly I need?
Please give me a exact answer. The answer maybe similar to this:
"TEMS Investigation software","A cellphone such as T610", "a cable?", "firmware on the T610?",....

2- Which cellphones I can use?
3-Do I need a firmware in T610 or other cellphones? if it is "yes", what is firmware name and how can I find it?
4-Is there any extar thing?

Suppose hat I have no information about starting this and say your answer understandable Plz.
