I'm currently using USB-Smart for SE and it's killed the last two phones I've tried to flash (w800 & w300). :rolleyes:

So want to buy Cruiser or SETool !

I too would advise to have both!!

They are both excellent tools, but on some occasions what the cruiser will not do the se tool will, and same in reverse!
It's ok relying on one tool but in this game you need to be on top and in control of se phones or customers will take phones to someone who can fix them!!

Yes, cruiser has more updates. Adding, TAC numbers and fixing of bugs. But Setool to me, has more productive updates. Setool is usually the first.

IMO cruiser is easily to use because of the interface but Setools is more advance in term of what it can do. Best is to have at least 2 for each brand if you are a serious unlocker :)

all I can say is, that I'm repairing with setool QUITE offen the phones killed by people with cruiser. I don't know, maybe they have "curved hands" but fact is, that I NEVER killed ANY supported phone by setool, NEVER any credits were "eaten" for nothing and my counters showing 1000+ flashed / unlocked phones.

so for me the one and only is setool.

and the support is .... just amazing, setool owners knowing what I mean.

yes i unlocked 13 db2020 from setool without any problem infact i made some mistake first time to unlock db2020 and loss my log but setool team refund my log without any hesitation and in one more occasion ive lost 8 logs but they always have your phone backup on their server so when u try to unlock the phone again u didnt charged again so i m quiet pleased and satisfied from setool team service and if u still want to see the log i can show u that how many i used anyways in my preciption setool team is doing their job very professionally.

My dears its very useful to discuss about a product before purchasing with my senior brothers. And I've read all 5 pages. Now kindly tell me I've been using USB-Smart & Cruiser, but now I have 3 k800i & 1w850i to unlock. I didn't buy setool yet. But the solution is in setool. So I have to pay 165$ for 50 logs & 160$ for SETool3 because there is nothing any other way. One option is DAVINCI-Team but they take 55 Euro to unlock each. So if somebody know any thing else please reply as soon as possible, because I have to buy today. thanx in advance my dears

Chose any db2020 model and you can safely flash/clear user lock/unbrand your w850. ;)

hello i have using both devices since last year i check that cruiser have a poor booting to phone spaicaly cid 49, but setool is a powefull tool for se,so setool is much better then cruiser according to new modles, but if we concern late models and rates for logs cruiser in first place also,,,, i have define both function of devices good or bad now you can choose...................

I tried all possible tools for SE.
Out of all cruiser is the most comprehensive, with A LOT OF HELP. If you are an 'end-user' that's the tool for you. All you need is the software installation package and you are all set.

SETOOL is a tool for geeks, with absolute lack of help or manuals. In order to perform a function with it you have to spend hours and hours on their forum (which is down 40% of the time by the way), cope with lazer's (developer) attitude, ask a lot of questions and so on and so on. But in the end it gives you more flexibility with a phone.

As for USB smart, we all know it's crap as anything else from zulea

Because there is some phones you can't flash it by SE-Tool but the Cruiser can and the same for the Cruiser there is some phones that only work on SE-Tool. I use the two Dongles and I don't have any problems

i have cruiser it's a best tool for unlocking & flashing SE-LG-Sharp phones but when setool make log for db2020 for only 1 euro for log if i buy 30 logs i will pay only 30 euros ......it's good then 90 euro for change dongle to 07 and after this buy logs for 3 euro for 1 log it's very expansive so i will buy setool because i see that mr lazer is the best always the first unlocking cid 49 and db2020 cid 51/52 .....

SE tool is suprtior if unlocking withou logs, but when have to use logscruiser is much better. Se tool accept no lyability for loosing log as a result of their sevver being down which is a bit of a con. Any body know of anything that unlocks with out having to use these iritating logs i would rather pay 1000 dolars for somthing that is stand alone as it is not always possible with internet connection when standing at market stalls.
