k800 configuration error

hi sir i have tried to remove security code from k800i so security code is removed but when i switch on the phone it displays sonfiguration error plz contact with ur service provider what is this sir ? help plzzzz

Clear User Code not affect to configuration of phone. I have in mind 2 things:

1. Phone was flashed by somone before without finalization and U didn't know it.
2. U flashed FS file without finalization.

To fix this problem and be 100% sure, flash MAIN and FS file(will delete all user data like phonebook) with same version as is now in phone with FINALIZATION option enabled. It will cost U 1 credit but phone will be fixed(if it's software problem).
For sure Clear User Code option don't make configuration error at UR phone.

thx for ur reply sir first thing i don,t knowd if phone had this problem i just removed security code anyway now plz just tell mi which version i have to use for flash from the support ? because there is not same version of phone i attach the image so plz tell mi sir which file i can use .

ahh now is more clear:)
This is WARNING message about old EROM in Your phone. Please do not mistake EROM and EROM CID they are different things.
Better update EROM in UR phone, coz one day it can go dead :)
to update EROM do:

1. remove cable and battery from phone, put back battery.
2. select "EROM Update" option and click FLASH button
3. Hold 2+5 keys in phone(be sure that U hold both keys) and plug cable
4. EROM Update process will take some short time and it's FREE.
5. remove battery and cable from phone and put back battery, power on phone.

Now U can flash UR phone with MAIN and FS - R1ED001 CID49(U have also EROM CID49) - it's newest than You have in phone.
To flash:

1. Click DOWNLOAD button, download MAIN and FS for R1ED001 CID49
2. Load MAIN and FS
3. select FINALIZATION option
4. Click FLASH
5. Your phone will be flashed and finalized - it will take 1 credit.

U don't need to repeat CLEAR USER CODE coz U done it before. tip: phone will still ask for phone code, is not disabled but changed to 0000, so after flashing put sim card , put pin(if required) and phone will ask for phone code, put 0000, go to menu,security and disable it there.

U can Directly flash Your phone with latest one firmware R1EG001 CID51, but it need to READ carefully about CID update. I make today new STICKY post about it.

gr8 sir my problem also solved phone is working security code is out but now another thing as u say its better update erom so when i try get this error

Did you update to R1GB? You should follow bro kulan suggestion to update EROM first while your EROM CID is still 49. Now, after you flash to R1GB EROM CID become 51 and there is nothing you can do about this at the moment. Or did you have no more credit?

Well just make sure you don't drain batt in your phone while using and less swapping SIM card. Those two things appear to contribute WSOD problem (Red LED blinking and can't power up).

To Bro Kulan, any idea when flashin EROM CID51 is available. Maybe SE keep loader certificate for themselves?
