Motorola V3x with "full messages" and" no camera"

I search on the forum and in all threads this problem is not solved.I have this problem with one v3x.In my opinion is hardware faillure, not software.I flashed with full flashes, flex, nothing, and what i discovered: the phone not everytime do this problem, only sometime.I think is problem with user memory or something do this problem, voltage, pcb.When press on board and power on the phone is working or when batery is full.Anyone solve this problem?

Try master reset
It worked for me on E770v but I did not have camera error, only messages after unlocking by testpoint

No way.I test everything software.Is hardware problem 100%, but i don't know what is it.Waiting for solution. Thank's anyway.

camera open but not work
1-change camera the same problem
2-change flat the same problem
3-change lcd the same problem
plz any one help me what can i do for repair camera

dont waste your time, its 100% software problem.
it happened to me, using a good working flash in some pcb & boot versions can end up with camera busy and message full message.

I solved with SC full flash.
it happened in v3x and v3 r374.

i hope i can help somehow.

use orignal vodafone flash and flash it with smart moto using pc flash it will be 10000% work tested by me R252211LD_U_85.97.CDP_LP0039_DRM0003_VSTU_206_0A0C _JPPT_R25221VFSIRIUS_38_USRAZRV3XVFPTR2522106B_1FF .pcf
use this file you can find this flash file on bootloader flash it with smart moto or also you can use the rsd light 3.4

I kept getting this problem when trying to unbrand a Vodafone V3x it seems whenever it has any other flash apart from the vodafone origanal i got this error maybe some difference in Vodafones hardware so unbranded flashes cant be used just an idea. Or is there now solution to this problem
