lg infrared

i want to upload tones or games to my LG u8138 but unfortunately the infrared dont accept any files from my PC. same problem with my samsung v200. the infrared also dont match with nokia phones thats why i cant exchange files to nokia or to my PC
Any solution to this?

not only my Lg have problem like this, all LG 3g
