my motorola v3 has fell down ,and now it won't power up. when i press the power key only the led's lights up for about 3 seconds then goes off again. but the lcd doesn't even blink .any solution i would appreciate very much.
Reflow the Cpu :) and use another battery

most times after a mobile phone has experienced shock over 10gs due to bad fall it can (and will) loose flash or part of flash memory, you need to attempt to revive phone using software approach as soon as you've ruled out possibility of hardware fault by evaluating it's pcb physically.
In this case though, only your P.A in a motorola V3 can shut the phone off without warning,and u wouldn't even get the blinking LED's. Because the P.a is securely fitted on pcb and lights still come upon keypad leds ur P.A is good.
pls repair pds with smartmoto and flash phone thereafter!
for case of total shut off, remove P.A first and power on phone. If it comes up then replace with new one.
all above from personal experience , i'm 100000% sure it'll work if u try :)
