Making Motorol T191 Cable

Can someone post how to home make T191 Cable.
i have the pinouts of the cable

what cable should i use for the computer end, will it be USB or serial. If so can someone help me at which numbers should i join the three wires, do i need to put anything (resistor etc) in between.
