i have a motorola v220 i want to change the u900 ic . i have heatgun i have taken off the ic is there a special tool to put it back on? Please advise me i do not get power i figured this is the ic to change according to service manual . i have taken a working one off of a good board i try putting on power failure board taking off is easy please help me put on . thank you
