Need help with Alcatel BE-1 16C Fujitsu Flash. Dead after unlocking. Can somebody help me with it?

Alcatel BE-1 Service Software 12.3 by Zulea.
Funny is this that i used this program for long time on 16c version and everything was ok.

I need flasher&name flash for download in this phone.
I try any flasher and erase flash-phone not connect to any SW...

andromeda 5.9-restore factory settings...work in most cases.
before that wait for power on phone...

pls i need to repair my dead alcatel be1 16c. It wend dead after bad unlock and flash. Pls send me bin file and andromeda. the flash type is futjisu 1M.
