problrm connecting MX300

i am trying to connect and see information regarding fly MX300

here is the log

COM3 selected
Device: Fly MX300
Checking data, wait...
Action: Read information
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
Connecting, wait...
Err: boot phase#1 failed
Release Power button now !
In case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 5 sec
Remove/Install battery now !


I have tried different speeds, checking /unchecking "Use advanced CHIP detection method" also didnt help.

Please advise

it's problem with cable. Double check cable, probably you need to change rx <-> tx
