T-68 listning volume not working?????

Hi I have a T-68 phone. I have getting a problem
that i could hear the voice from the ear piece. When I am trying to increase the listning volume it cant increasing. Please suggest me what can i do now. I also full reset the phone from Master reset but it also does'nt solve my problem.

Hi Man u can only with EMMA 2 repair this problem not hardware only software problem GOOD LUCK

no man ..im sorry this is not true....
its not software problem......
i faced it b4 and i already service point authrized dealer and already have full EMMA2 ......but its not working after full flash ......

it s hardware problem..............i dont know whic part but i changed phone ,,,,,,,
