Dose anyne know the solution for V3 charging problem...the phones charging wen plugged to charger but dose not charge the battery

any ideas...pls HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bro , ihave v3x show charging , but say charge complete after few secs , battery not charged.
changed battery and charger , same prob.

SAmirsana I used to change that part aas shown in the picture but
when charger is on the procesor become hot very hot

My V3i Batt pin 2 & 3 don't have 2.8VDC, only have 0.1VDC, I tried to change Q904 ic already, still the same, when plug in charger the the phone nothing comes out. Please help & advice.:confused:

Dear all,
I bought 2 V3 RAZR Motorola and both of them were working fine. By mistake one of the charger got short circuited and stop charging. But the pone is still working fine. Problem is I could not charge the battery through that phone. Instead I can charge that battery with the second phone and put it back in the first one and its working fine. Even I tried to charge with new charger but it is not.

Guru's please help me to solve this problem. Apprecaite your valuable response and help!

THE SOLUTION WILL BE LIKE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELLOW:
1. CONNECT THE BOARD TO POWER SUPPLY SEE HOW MUCH CURRENT IT IS CONSUMING ,A GOOD BOARD SHOULD CONSUMES ON 30 TO 31 mAMP CURRENT IF IT IS NOT TAKING ANY CURRENT CHECK USB CONNECTOR, NEXT IS ATLUS(POWER MANAGEMENT IC)
2. IF IT IS TAKING MORE CURRENT JUST STRIKE AT ATLUS.

IT MAY SOLVE THE ISSUE.

bro u need a screew driver. open the back cover and unscreew. the nuts. it si very easy
