well, to spy other bt enabled device u must be in the range and then it becomes a sweat.
well i can tell u abt some softwares to harass someone via bt
just try on Bluesniff,Bloover,Btopush,Bluespammer
or if u wanna send som easy message without software try this
go to contacts,options,add new contact,in the name place type your mesage and then save it.Then u send the same message to particular person your name will not appear on message.Just go on................

Well, there are few Bluetooth spy software for mobile phones. Most of them are Java based programs. But those software have its limitations so, I don’t like to call the as really SPY software.

The main limitations is the phone that you want to spy should be paired to your phone with absolute privileges. If not, you can’t spy or look into other phone data.

The real spy software should be you connected to a mobile phone and see the mobile phone data without make a pear and without having a authorized link between the phone.

I haven't found any and I don't think there is a software as such....
