can't repair wolf.qcn for sxg75 with QPST

plz i have one sxg75 after power on the phone hung and restart when searching for network, the customer tell me that the problem is after he make offline. i download qpst and i want to make backup and restore but when i want to make backup i have this error SPC givennot unlock the phone. the phone wil not respond........ so i change the spc from 000000 to 100000 but i have another error could not communicate in diagnostic mode
plz help me to repair this phone, and what is the value of the spc

You tried www.bitpim.org?

If u can Backup the folder with your DCA-500 (serial COM), maybe it works...

But I have only experience with DCA-540 (USB).

Other cable for Update at your own risk...
