I'm a new customer, today trying to do an update : the loger5.0 display:

Reading Hard Lock...
Connecting to server...
Server Connected...
Sending log : JXXXXXXB date : 11/27/06
Server received log...
Can not find your serial number!

I have waited one week to received the box and now another three days my box is always inactive how time i will wait to begin working with this box

ooooooooooooofffff problem now solved, now concerning clone files there's just one file "BG3 332 106 KR126310.rar" what about others firmware like BG3 106 KR12C,KR12B,KR129 cause i have one BG3 332 106 KR12B won't turn on flashed with repair's file and nothing

Sorry for late prompt, somehow email notifications about forum changes do not work.

I am sorry to tell you that our software only support cloning of BG phones for versions under KR129.

BG is old model so we did not implement newest algorithm.
I hoppe that we will find time in near future to do it.

Yes BG is old but here in my country there's a lot that need surely a clone , then please do it in your next update
