Be4 136 product code?

Hi.
Was trying to unlock this phone with AWS5lite.
The program sayed the unlocking was successfull but afterwards when i put on the sim from another net it keeps on asking for the "product code".
Now what soft should i use to unlock this one/read the product code or even unlock with the flash as i also read it successfully from this phone.
