1- Connect test point
2-Insert the cable
3-phone connected and "S Blank Neptune LTE"
4-Remove test point
and do the unlock useing any soft
Then, when the software will ask to, remove the cable from the phone and put it back, phone will be enumerated as "S blank". Press "OK".
