c65 problem after unlock

I konw is strange...but c65 work`s pefekt but after unlock hang on start animation. I flash full flash and repait otp imei but this not help. I disample phone and make processor and flash whith hot air but this don`t work too:( so what i can do?? bay new siemens to my client:)?
