My Dreambox Upgrade Impossible

WHAT CAN I DO TO REPAIR THIS ERROR ? MY DEAMBOX NEED ONLY THE OLD SOFTWARE. WHEN I TRY TO USE THE LAST ,ONLY READING INFO IS POSSIBLE,BUT WHEN I TRY TO UPATE IT ,ALWAYS THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE :

Connecting to server...OK
Warning : Update not found

There are no new updates on server or your device is already up to date
Done

CAN YOU HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

i have the same problem about 2 month i send to support box info about 6 or more time and???? nothing!:( it`s very good box but not update i`m using dbss 1.9 becuse i can`t update

MINE BEGUN TO RUN FOR UPDATING TILL 82 POURCENT,and STOPED THERE. IT REFUSE TO UPDATE AGAIN.
