MCC = Mobile Country Code
MNC = Mobile Network Code
It's just information on what simcard phone is(or was) locked.
Lock Level show on which lock level phone is locked(or unlocked). Phone can be locked on one or more levels(dipend of operator choice). After every lock level info is information Enabled or Disabled - it mean if lock is set or not. After Enabled or Disabled are digit what mean how many tries left to enter unlock code.
